I've been to various locations. Each had its own little thing that made it memorable. This visit was our server, Antonio. He was so personable and attentive. We really enjoyed his service and were able to converse and interact with our chaotic group. I ordered the chicken marsala and had the chicken and gnocchi, and drowned both in parmesan cheese.
After a long time at the airport due to multiple flight cancellations, we decided to stay in Atlanta and have dinner at Olive Garden. Unfortunately, incorrect decision, it was the worst experience we've ever had. There was a weird hair in my food????????????, the staff was sarcastic, and my meal arrived only after my friends had finished theirs. I understand we arrived about 20 minutes before closing, but we would have preferred them to be honest and not serve us, rather than putting us through such a frustrating and unpleasant situation.
What can you say that hasn't already been said about Olive Garden! One of the Very Best at what they do!! Always a great treat!!!
I ordered Seafood Alfredo, only 5 shrimps on it, without cheese and pasta was burned and cold. Waitress Jaida broughts Soup spilled on plate. Ask for to go boxes only on 3rd attempt I got this, doesn’t gave me a bag for my food. IDK why service was so bad today.
Amazing atmosphere, the place is awesome to go with family or friends. The food is tasty, authentic flavors with good sized portions! The prices are good and you leave with full stomach always! I am pleased to have been here for dinner and having unlimited soup is a great thing as well. Overall is my go to Italian restaurant and I would advise anyone to try it because you will be met with awesome food in a nice place! The parmigian cheese they offer you is freshly grated and full of flavor!
