My experience working at Vianka Med Spa has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, I’ve felt truly valued and have always been treated with kindness and respect. One of the things I appreciate most about this job is the strong sense of teamwork. We consistently support each other, creating a positive and collaborative environment that makes coming to work every day a pleasure. I would also like to highlight the incredible support I’ve received from Vianka from the very beginning, she has been understanding, encouraging, and has always treated me with the utmost professionalism and love at the same time. I’m currently the full time receptionist and she has taken a genuine interest in my growth and has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I succeed. I’ve only had positive experiences working with her, which is why I find it disheartening to see a negative review directed towards her. She has always been an exceptional leader to me. I absolutely love coming to work every day. The passion I have for being an aesthetician, laser technician, and body contouring specialist makes it so rewarding that sometimes it doesn’t even feel like a job! Helping my clients feel more empowered, comfortable in their own skin, and become the best version of themselves brings me so much joy. One of the things I cherish most is the bond I've developed with my coworkers. They’re not just colleagues—they’ve become some of my best friends. We support and uplift each other in a way that feels more like a sisterhood than a workplace. I’m especially grateful for my boss, Vianka. From the very beginning, she’s been a constant source of support, always pushing me to grow in my career. She’s the most understanding and sweetest person you could ever meet.
