It was easy booking online. I let the business choose a massage therapist and boy did I get the right one. Val has over 20 years of experience and it shows. She not only gave an excellent massage but got to the root issue with tightness. I can go on and on with how satisfied I was but I’ll let you judge for yourself. I will be back Val and Thanks, I’m impressed and she has been the best so far,
Chamblee is my “home” location, but I wanted to try the location closer to my job. I was nervous because I didn’t know who I’d end up with but I am glad it was Tanya. She was professional, kind, and recognized what my body needed. She even offered great stretching tips after the session and truly cares about holistic health. The receptionist was nice as well and that’s often an overlooked part of the total experience. How you start and end a “spa day” can make or break it. Overall, I had a lovely experience with the Sandy Springs location of H&S and highly recommend Tanya for your next massage.
My experience with Courtney (The manager) at Hand and Stone in Sandy Springs was very unpleasant and disappointing. I felt unappreciated as Courtney continuously mentioned having to charge me due to cancellation policy. I explained that there was several attempts to reschedule the appointment time right after it was made, but was hindered by early office closure, adding to the challenges faced during the interaction. She failed to listen to my concerns, which lead to an unnecessary argument. This experience has led me to cancel all future appointments and change locations. I’ve been a member for some time now and have never had any issue. Improvements in communication and client interaction are needed for a more positive and pleasant experience.
