I visited Kim's Day Spa for my birthday and it was such a treat! Kim is exceptionally kind, as are her staff. She even gave me a birthday gift as part of my pedicure. I truly enjoyed my experience from the time I walked in until I left. The salon is clean, tidy, and so beautiful. It's clear that Kim and her staff are very good at what they do and they care a great deal about their clientele. They know their customers by name! And they take meticulous care to complete whatever service you've ordered with utmost professionalism. I got a pedicure and it was done beautifully. I can't wait to come back for other services. Kim and her wonderful team treat you like part of the family. She always greats you with a smile and a cheerful welcome. The services are excellent especially her famous facials! She has been a small business owner for years and while raising two wonderful children on her own after her lovely husband's passing. It's nice to support someone like Kim who has a heart of gold!
I've been coming to see Kim for nearly 10 years now and drive at least 30 min (each way) out of my way to get my nails done here. On a personal note, I am always impressed by her ability to make everyone feel like they are home. I have watched her family grow and change and feel like she is equally invested in my life. From a business standpoint, her team always does a great job on my nails, regardless of how bad they look when I arrive.
