Today my mom and I tried out this amazing Spa! I wanted to take my mom out for a day of pampering as a late Christmas gift and post-surgery treat! I had planned to go to Jeju but I wanted the experience to be more intimate. After searching online I can thank TikTok for this was a last minute find. After contacting the store I was put in touch with Shavarra who was so patient and helpful with me getting a same day appointment. She even called in one of the other professionals to do me and my mom’s facials which left us glowing btw. We booked the 60 min relaxation massage, Classic Melanated Facial, and the sauna blanket. While I was getting my massage my mom was getting her facial and the experience was relaxing and informative. Not only do these ladies know their stuff but they made us feel right at home as they casually asked questions and gave us information about our skin etc. We will be back! Thank you again Shavarra and I wish I remembered the woman’s name who did our facials because that lady DONT PLAY! Just know if you come to this Spa the girlies are standing on big business and I’m wishing nothing but success to this beautiful BLACK-WOMAN owned business ❤️
I went to Melanated Beauty Spa as part of my bachelorette weekend and they did not disappoint! Shavarra and the rest of the staff were so welcoming! They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and surprised us with refreshments, mimosas, and beautiful flowers to celebrate me getting married. I chose the 30 min relaxation service and Sidney was amazing! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much again!
