I booked a foot reflexology massage here on Saturday. The room I was in was very clean. The foot massage came with a brief wash and scrub which was a nice touch. The down side of this location is that it's next door to a barbershop and the walls were paper thin. It didn't feel like a relaxing experience due to the blasting music and barbershop talk. I'd likely return but on a Monday when the barbershop is closed.

During my first visit, the owner made my experience truly exceptional with her friendly and approachable demeanor. She ensured I received the massage therapy I wanted and engaged in a fantastic conversation. However, my second visit was unfortunately a complete contrast. Despite requesting the same massage therapy over the phone and receiving confirmation from the owner, I was surprised to be assigned a different therapist upon arrival. Although this wasn't a deal breaker, the overall experience left much to be desired. The massage itself was painful and resulted in bruising on my right arm. Furthermore, I experienced neck pain the following day. I believe it's crucial to communicate customer expectations effectively and have them honored. In this case, my specific requests weren't acknowledged, which significantly impacted my satisfaction with the service. I'm sharing this review to highlight the importance of understanding and meeting customer needs. Consistency and attentiveness to customer preferences can make a significant difference in ensuring a positive experience.
Staff was friendly. They never told me their names but my partner and I came today and did a couples massage. They did a great job. Environment is very relaxing. I don’t know why there is any complaints about pricing. Pricing is really reasonable. If you go anywhere else in the area or a franchise like massage envy you will be paying almost double for what you get here. Their availability is awesome i was able to book appointment same day. The couple massage room was very big. I really can’t complain about anything. If i had to say something i would probably say that the massage beds are far apart from each other in the couples room. It would've been nicer to be closer to my partner during this experience but again overall would recommend 100%
